Kathmandu to Andheri / Kharikhola (10–12 hours drive)

Your journey begins with a scenic drive from Kathmandu towards Andheri or Kharikhola. The long drive (10–12 hours) passes through winding hilly roads, lush valleys, and riverside landscapes. Overnight stay at a local lodge in Andheri/Kharikhola.

Day 02 :

Kharikhola – Drive to Surkhe (2,600m) – Trek to Phakding (2,610m | 3–4 hrs trek)

After breakfast, take a short local drive (3–4 hours, at your own cost) to Surkhe. Here, meet your local trekking guide and begin the trek towards Phakding. The trail follows small Sherpa villages, suspension bridges, and pine forests, giving the first glimpse of Khumbu’s charm. Overnight stay in Phakding.

Day 03 :

Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m | 6–7 hrs)

Today’s trek takes you through the iconic Dudh Koshi River crossings and past beautiful villages like Monjo and Jorsalle. After entering Sagarmatha National Park, the trail ascends steeply towards Namche Bazaar, the bustling Sherpa capital. Overnight at a guesthouse in Namche.

Day 04 :

Acclimatization in Namche (3,440m) | Optional Hike to Everest View Hotel (3,880m)

Spend the day acclimatizing to the altitude. You may hike to Everest View Hotel for stunning panoramas of Everest, Ama Dablam, and Lhotse. Explore Sherpa museums, bakeries, and monasteries in Namche. Overnight in Namche Bazaar.

Day 05 :
